Set Up Payments for Your Water System
Radeus uses Stripe to securely process customer bill payments and refunds for your water system. This connects your water system to a Stripe account so payments go directly to you.
💳 HOW IT WORKS
Your customers pay their bills online
When a customer pays their water bill through the Radeus customer portal, payment is processed through your water system's Stripe account and deposited directly into your bank account.
Radeus never holds your funds
Stripe transfers funds directly to your bank account on a standard 2-day rolling basis. You have full visibility into every transaction through your Stripe dashboard.
Refunds and adjustments
Credits and refunds to customers are processed through the same Stripe account, keeping all payment records in one place alongside your Radeus billing history.
STRIPE PROCESSING FEES
Standard Stripe fees apply to card transactions (2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge). ACH bank transfers are lower cost. These fees are separate from your Radeus subscription.

CUSTOMER FILE

One row per customer. We accept CSV or Excel. Column names we recognize:

Customer Name · Account Number · Address · City · State · Zip · Phone · Email · Balance · Deposit · Status · Service Address
BILLING HISTORY FILE

One row per transaction. Must include a column linking to your customer records:

Transaction Date · Type · Amount · Previous Balance · Total · Memo · Customer ID
  • Column names don't need to match exactly — we use smart matching
  • Export directly from your current billing software
  • Column headers must be in the first row
  • Remove any totals or summary rows at the bottom
  • Unknown columns are safely ignored
